The Morris Cook commitment to you is to give the very best service by:

  • Always welcoming you in a friendly and courteous manner/way
  • Preparing your assignments in time, so that you do not incur any penalties.  If you do, we will pay the fine
  • Being honest, truthful, “up front” and open with you at all times
  • Honouring our commitments to you
  • Team members being available during normal working hours to help you with any problems
  • Opening on a Saturday morning or arranging to see you in the evening, by appointment only.
  • Having an out-of-hours answer-phone service
  • Answering the telephone within three rings
  • Replying to your letters within 5 working days

In return, all we expect from you is:

  • To give us all your bookwork within 2 months of the year end
  • To give us your books within 14 days of the end of the VAT quarter so we may prepare the return on time
  • To be honest and truthful with us
  • To reply to our letters within 10 working days
  • To pay our bills promptly on presentation
