- Always welcoming you in a friendly and courteous manner/way
- Preparing your assignments in time, so that you do not incur any penalties. If you do, we will pay the fine
- Being honest, truthful, “up front” and open with you at all times
- Honouring our commitments to you
- Team members being available during normal working hours to help you with any problems
- Opening on a Saturday morning or arranging to see you in the evening, by appointment only.
- Having an out-of-hours answer-phone service
- Answering the telephone within three rings
- Replying to your letters within 5 working days
In return, all we expect from you is:
- To give us all your bookwork within 2 months of the year end
- To give us your books within 14 days of the end of the VAT quarter so we may prepare the return on time
- To be honest and truthful with us
- To reply to our letters within 10 working days
- To pay our bills promptly on presentation
